You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, bear with us, as we like to be as accurate as possible, so please allow 10-12 business days for us to receive, process, and respond to your exchange. Exchanges after 14 Business days of purchase will be allowed a store credit or gift card, that would be valid for up to a year.  Depending on what part of the world you are in, it may take more or less time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or make sure to purchase shipping insurance. We wish we could guarantee that we will receive your returned item, so go ahead and spend the extra coin to make sure your soles are protected while in transit.
